DocuSign is the world’s leading provider of electronic signature technology. By empowering more than 300,000 companies and 200 million users in 188 countries to sign documents digitally, it’s changed the way we work. The company has three European offices and recently opened a new French headquarters in the Parisian suburb of Issy-Les-Moulineaux – where they hired the architecture practice Unispace  and interiors specialists Moore Design to design a new office spread out across 1,300 square metres and catering to all of the needs of their 100 or so employees.

Moore Design and Unispace  were given the brief of delivering a light-filled, flexible and interactive environment. Their solution? A very contemporary arrangement of collaborative and informal workspaces including open-plan areas, open and closed meeting zones, a games room, a lounge and a café space. As such, Spacestor were asked to supply a blue Snugglestor  seating cove recessed into a storage area and also a bright red, standalone Railway Carriage that has become a key meeting zone and one of the office’s most eye-catching features.

Both this Snugglestor  and this Railway Carriage have helped to make DocuSign’s workplace feel more supportive and approachable – in keeping with the goal of creating a more tranquil, relaxing and friendly atmosphere for both staff and visiting clients.
