Creative workplace designers Interaction were given an interesting brief by life insurance and financial services company SunLife: to design their new headquarters on Bristol’s historic waterfront in a way that would pay homage to the building’s setting and its history as a soap and vinegar warehouse, but also that reflect the company’s forward-thinking approach to business. Above all, it had to be dazzling and unique.

As such, Interaction curated a nostalgic selection of retro soap advertisements, a shipping telegraph, a captain’s wheel – even a large tree in the centre of a circular meeting space – within an otherwise sleek, modern and multipurpose setting. Here at Spacestor we were happy to provide some of our Storagewall runs in jet black, showing their versatility; sometimes our Storagewalls can be used as bright centrepieces, but sometimes, as here, they can be used to draw the clean, unobtrusive, lines that frame and articulate a well-organised workplace.
