When Gensler Architects approached Spacestor with a construction challenge from one of their clients, we knew we had to take a slightly old-fashioned approach. One of the largest American Financial Institutions in the world required an 18 inch locker in their Bournemouth offices to meet their global standard and a metric off-the-shelf solution was not an option. Our complete control over manufacturing processes meant that we were able to adapt our HotLocker storage system to meet the clients exact imperial size saving the cost and environmental impact of shipping from the USA. An installation of 4500 lockers, 250 linear meters of storage wall and a number of coats modules was started in April 2015 and will be installed in several phases over 18 months in a mix of Polyrey Papago plain color laminates.
