Vubiquity is the leading provider of premium content services who offer a variety of media services globally. Working with over 600 leading film studios, producers and television networks, Vubiquity connects content owners around the world with video service providers to deliver high-quality entertainment to viewers on any screen. There are many challenges companies face when it comes to space planning and design. Like most of today’s top companies, Vuibiquity’s focused on the ever-changing space requirements, talent retention, sustainability goals and the overall cost of the property when it came to their new workspace.

With offices based in Los Angeles and now in London, Vubiquity wanted to create a space that inspired its employees and offer an unforgettable experience that will encourage visitors and employees to visit the workspace again and again.

We worked alongside HKS Architects Ltd in designing a fun, functional, creative and inspiring workspace by providing our Sorted Storagewall – maximising storage space while seamlessly fitting into the walls of the workspace and our Hotlockers which were customised with large numbered graphics enabling staff to store their personal belongings securely throughout the day.

Their new workspace in London not only offers a great space for collaboration and social interaction, it also reflects the businesses creative and technology driven nature with integrated technology throughout.

The space also provides private working areas for independent working tasks and with the wide range of furniture and informal settings within the office, employees have the opportunity to choose where they want to work in a dynamic space that will attract top talent for the future too.

We are proud to have worked with HKS Architects Ltd and Vubiquity on the creation of this workspace which was included in the Mixology 2016 Finalists.
